I thought it would be fun to sign-up for the Trek Along With Me KAL that will be starting on June 1st, so tonight I ordered some Trekking XXL sock yarn. Since my son loves reds and oranges, I ordered color #122. The socks I knit will be my very first pair of socks, so I’m super psyched. I’ll be knitting my socks on two circulars and I’ll be using the book Sensational Knitted Socks to help me along. I’m pretty sure the Cybersocks 2-On-2 Tutorial will come in handy as well, so you can bet my printer will be busy. Super duper busy even!
And hey, since I’m not much of a hiker, I thought I would include pictures from around our home with my updates. How does that sound to you? I’ll take you to see the chickens and the ducks. We’ll visit the creek and the cornfield. Perhaps we’ll even visit some spots around our farm that I’ve never visited. This should be fun!
